    Penalty woes derail England once more as Portugal advance to World Cup semifinals 

    Once again, the penalty spot proved the downfall of England as they were eliminated 3-1 by Portugal after playing a 0-0 draw with just 10 men after the dismissal of Wayne Rooney.
